Heavenly Vices Fine Jewelry is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We are actively working toward conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We consider WCAG 2.1 AA our target standard and are remediating our site against it on an ongoing basis. Because our site is regularly updated and includes some third-party content, we describe our status as "partially conformant" — meaning some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard while we continue this work.

What we’re doing

We assess our site using a combination of automated tools and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader testing, and we address issues as we identify them. Accessibility is part of our ongoing maintenance, not a one-time project.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. In particular, we are in the process of adding descriptive alternative text to older product images, and some content provided by third-party applications may not be fully accessible. We are actively working to resolve these.
