What about returns?

We do not accept returns on custom pieces. Once an order on a custom piece is placed, cancellations will result in a 30% cancellation fee. For returns on stock pieces, the process must be initiated 2 days after receipt by contacting us via email or Instagram DM. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions for the return. 15% restocking fee applies to returns.
